Automatic Deposition Tool (ADT) Project
The Automatic Deposition Tool (ADT) is a sophisticated manufacturing cell featuring a wafer handling robot and multiple specialized stations for performing various processes on semiconductor wafers. This automation system streamlines wafer processing by precisely controlling movement between stations and executing complex recipe sequences with minimal human intervention.
Electric Conversion of a 1970s Rolls Royce
Designed and implemented critical vehicle control systems for the electric conversion of a classic 1970s Rolls Royce, enabling modern safety features on a vintage platform. This innovative solution bridged the gap between classic automotive design and contemporary electric vehicle technology, delivering modern performance and safety while preserving the vehicle's historic character.
Informatics Infrastructure Project
Developed and implemented a comprehensive informatics infrastructure solution for a large enterprise, enabling efficient access to critical data spread across dozens of databases and network drives. This unified access system streamlined internal workflows, reduced data retrieval times, and created a secure foundation for future application development while maintaining compatibility with existing systems.
E-Test Data Visualization Tool
Developed a high-performance web-based visualization tool for semiconductor electrical test (E-Test) data, enabling engineers to rapidly analyze thousands of electrical measurements across silicon wafers. This solution dramatically reduced data analysis time from hours to minutes, accelerated problem identification, and enhanced decision-making capability during the semiconductor manufacturing process.
EV Telemetry and Charge Control System
Developed an innovative system for remote monitoring and charge management of electric vehicle fleets based on the Open Vehicle Monitoring System (OVMS). This solution enabled intelligent charge scheduling to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates while respecting facility power constraints, dramatically reducing operating costs while providing comprehensive telematics data through simple SMS commands.
